With a 15-plus year career spanning teaching, culinary arts, and entrepreneurship, I combine passion, intuition, and expertise to help individuals and businesses reach their fullest potential. From restaurant consulting to private events, I curate meaningful experiences that celebrate culture & community, while supporting equity and authenticity.
As a restaurant consultant, I've helped local NYC and Long Island restaurants set their systems up behind the scenes, as well as crafted and built out full scale menu development, social media presence, and restaurant maintenance. I'm also a numbers guru - if your food and beverage costs don't make sense, I got you on the fix!
